I'll probably get yelled at by staff again 'support questions' (but its far quicker than waiting 24/48/72 hours for an email response) --

But anyone else have problems with the COPPA routines?

If a user accidently hits the wrong link, they cannot do ANYTHING. No way to go back and 'cancel' as it says:

"You must either cancel your registration or have your parent complete the COPPA registration form and send it to us"

I had a few users complain, and I finally decided to check it out myself, and yup...locked out of my own board. Got to go in and delete the cookies manually. The Cancelling routine does NOTHING....
