Amy T Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 My client email is not the same as the one I use on this account. I also sent a ticket in as I could not log in. How ever as you can see I got logged in.

I have to log into client area each time intead of being remembered? My emails are the same but passwords are different :unsure:

Digi Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 During the syncing process, they are addressing some bugs for converge and have set login to email. Over the next week or so IPS will be initiating converge across these forums, NEXUS, and I believe IPSB.
