Posted November 19, 200618 yr When adding a moderator; it's somewhat annoying to have to check every single "Yes" box; for the most part my mod gets all but 1 or 2 permissions. Can you make a "check all" button?
November 19, 200618 yr Ye, That has to be one of the most annoying features. Having to check all the boxes. A Check all button would be good.
November 19, 200618 yr good idea +1  But since the mod section is split into two or three sections have it per section in that utility so we don't make the mistake of forgetting to uncheck any of the options we dont want checked in each section(could happen if we overlook one section.) :)
November 19, 200618 yr I think this idea is bad because I think having a certain member/group moderating majority forums using the Forum Moderator is both stupid and annoying.
November 19, 200618 yr I really dont think this is needed, just use TAB all the time, you dont need to click them, to highlight yes on all of them, just keep hitting TAB and the LEFT arrow key :)
November 19, 200618 yr I think this idea is bad because I think having a certain member/group moderating majority forums using the Forum Moderator is both stupid and annoying. All checks give them permissions to edit everyones posts, delete everyones posts, move posts, split posts, etc. in the forum they were assigned inUnless they are a super moderator. :P
November 20, 200618 yr lol. if you think that's "hard", try removing the mods. (especially if you have a lot of sub-forums). i'm betting you will change your mind.
November 20, 200618 yr This is a great suggestion. However, it should be posted in the IPB Feature Suggestions forum, as it is not really feedback about IPB 2.2 :)
