New features or fixes are never listed in the news announcements for anything other than Board now. And really no features at all have ever been discussed about Download Manager.

Because there are no new features for IP.Board 2.2, just bug fixes. I'm not too sure about the download manager though.

I can't see where I can download the download manager and I already cleared my cache.

If you have a license for the download manager it will be listed on the Your Downloads page like everything else...I've had 2 or 3 users already commenting about the recent release.

I believe the demo systems are going to be reworked in the near future.

You can see IDM in action on IPS Beyond (click Downloads).

Also if you do want to purchase it you need to contact sales via a support ticket, not sure if they have it in the new purchases area yet.
