If you read carefully it says all BETA versions of 2.2.0 Are encoded except the RC1 which will come out soon...

PB2 is installed on the boards already. and the sooner rc1 is out the better. modders have to start working right now. i just think that rc1 will be the first unencoded one. but we'll have to see. and lindy, i also thought you werent a man. large apologies and large embarrasment.
