If you purchased this month, then your license is active and valid until this time next year. :)

your best bet is to submit a ticket to sales, so you can get a more direct answer and get less confused.

Simply put if you hold a yearly license that is not expired it will be upgraded to their new license.

And $50 is cheaper than $69, so the standard license would actually be cheaper.
