The only thing I like about phpBB is they have an upgrade you can download called "Changed files only". There probably is no reason I should be uploading all these avatars and images again, but I'm afraid not to.

The changed files you need to upload are listed here:

After uploading those files, run the upgrade script and that is all you need to do. :) Matt was talking about an actual upgrade pack, but not sure when/if that will happen with 2.1.x
