So you asking for plugin that can be changed by the end user vs the admin ? Also are you using custom theme or default theme ?

Only work around would be remove the IPS Focus css for the navigation icons no plugin will over right any theme css.

It will be in the theme itself when click edit you have tab for template and tab for css click the css and you will see custom css might be few its in one them maybe best ask in support topic as don't have accress to any the themes.

looks to me using IPS Focus theme ? if so this plugin will not replace current ones as its already built into the css.

I don't have this bug but issue i do have is 1.2.1 has two .xml for plugins one saying 1.1.2b and one saying 1.2.1(4.4.2) not sure if that mistake having two files.

i never tested this one but via the images would say no but i used this one and works fine in 4.4.4 and also would work for you example via tweaking the settings.

@annadaa current widget settings are 1 widget per page i can sort update to allow more then 1 to be allowed per page before weekend.

Guess the theme you are talking about is chocolate, due to few people have been getting unofficial support from myself. Back on topic could be good reason why the developer left but we will never know.
