    Hello! I just upgraded my forum to 4.7.3 and I upgraded the Tutorials ap but when I enable Tutorials, it makes my forum a blank white screen! Any ideas?

    Sure! It still isn't working...when I click on a topic view, I get this error: [[Template forums/front/topics/post is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

    Yes...it seems to be my themes. I do have 2 themes that are working, so I have made one of them default for now. But not sure what is killing the other themes? They are just color edits of the default theme.

    Something bad happened after I upgraded to 4.7.3...all formatting is broken! www.bigmacktrucks.com What do I need to do to fix this?

    It is actually the default theme but I changed the colors with the theme editor...nothing else fancy, LOL!

    Something is going on with my search field...it is not formatted properly as seen in the screen cap below. It also doesn't show the search option dropdown when you click in the field. Any ideas what is going on here? Only seems to be happening on one of my themes...the others display correctly!

    The original email was set to admin@forumdomain.com but I am not sure where that email is or when it was created. I think it is the actual server email (my server is named the same as the forum) so it must forward to my normal email because I do get mail from the forum! I also used to have a Google Suites email account of the same domain until they decided to go paid so I was concerned that it would stop working. But I think it is OK and will wait to see if it remains usable. Thanks for the explanation!!

    I set up a new email in the email settings but when I try a test, the test email does not show up! Do I need to change it somewhere else also?

    Ok, I did delete 2 groups and moved members to other groups but there was 1 group with 12 members...I clicked delete and it just wiped the group out without asking where to move members. For the most part, I think it is OK but I may have members in the wrong groups based on post count and VIP donations.

    I just simplified my groups and moved some members around. Is there a way to force a task to run that will recount members and make sure they are in the correct groups? I also adjusted my group promotions too so I'm sure some members are orphaned!

    Ok, I did that and found 3rd party OK and Ads OK. It must have been the themes. I clicked revert on themes and everything seems to be normal now, but I am not sure why... What ever happened to email support? I thought I subscribed but I can't find a link to even purchase it?

    I can't read any topics after upgrading to v4.7.2.1...every post is replaced with this over and over... Template forums/front/topics/postContainer is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme. Any ideas how I can fix it? It is on all themes! The support tool has been gone for some time now, right??

    @Adriano Faria I upgraded my forum to 4.5.2 and upgraded Tutorials and everything looked good but a member just informed me that there is an error that only shows to members (Not Admin) I signed in as a member and verified and grabbed a screen shot. Any ideas on whats wrong and how to fix? I did run the support tool and there were no issues found. My themes are all default with color changes.

    I am having a similar issue with logo sizes but mine is mainly on the mobile view. They changed something in 4.5 for sure!

    Looks like a patch has been released...run the support tool in your ACP to get it.

    Ok...fair enough bu what are we to do if we want to run a larger logo and taller header? The menu icon is now in the header instead of the nav bar in the mobile view so If I make my logo and header any bigger, it messes with the menu icon! Why couldn't it stay the way it was in 4.4.11?

    I don't mind paying for a good quality app but I am not a big fan of renewal fees because of the sheer volume of updates from IPB! But regardless...the Map is a great product and I will be purchasing the new version!
