  1. Why if user renewal correctly? This user did not desuscribe and process your payment correctly. With this situation IPS will send 2 zaps unnecesary for every renewal.
  2. Thanks @Daniel F, yes I need to control every user what subscription have active and I need send this info to ActiveCampaign because I send different info and services by mail for every group. If I can send the subscription status by zapier will be better solution, but it is not posible for now.

    Zapier fields

    IPS send only a few fields by zapier. We can't send a lot important and necesary info like this: Second Name Full Name Address Country City Phone Number Invoice amount much more.... Only can send basic and super limited info, we need more fields in zapier. When we can have all info in this app connection? Thanks a lot!

  5. Hi team, I've a doubt. I need to keep updated my user list in ActiveCampaign by Zapier. I only can use the user group changes to segment the active and inactive users. So I can create a Zap to make this, but I see in the "Recent Account user Activity" that the primary group change in every renewal, even when payment is correct. First changes Member -> Old Member and then changes again from Old Member -> Member. Why? The user only renewal with a correct payment! This situation can generate 2 zaps, the first zap for me is that user not renewal your subcription so I need to eliminate it from some automations and send a good bye mail. Few seconds later, with new zap I to add it to this automations again and send a welcome email. Don't have sense! When trigger this zap IPS? Both? Thanks a lot
  6. I use zapier conection to add ActiveCampaign tags in my users. Every subscription have different privileges so I need to have different tags for every subcription plan. IPS only send to zapier the Primary and Secondary user group, so I need to change my name groups and add more user groups to control any subscription changes like this: Subcription 1 Active Subscription 1 Inactive Subcription 2 Active Subcription 2 Inactive etc... For me this is a problem because in every post, in the user info, will show the group name "Subscription 1 active" like this IPS support forum show "Clients" and I dont like that show this public info, show be only internally info. Ideally, the groups can have public and internally name, and sent to zapier both to select the best option in every situation or send the subcription status. Now it is impossible, so how can I do this segmentation in my zapier connection? Thanks for your help in advance.
  7. But it's imposible, the renewal link reload the subscription page and not go to checkout page.
  8. This situation haven't sense, this user have a "Subscripction Active" but has expired. So should will have not any subscription active.
  9. I've the same problem in my cloud IPS with v4.7.3, looks like some was change in the latests versions but not run. When my user id=2305 try to renew my monthly plan IPS reload the same page and not open the checkout process. I continue to need to delete a some months expired invoice to let that this user can subscribe again. So it is not an improve user experience and take a heavy work for administrators. You can connect to my cloud IPS and take a look this ID to reproduce this situation. Can you take a look again and solve it in the next upgrades? Thanks a lot!

  11. Thanks Marc, I test with other browser and runs ok, looks that I've some bad cookies. My google chrome automatically redirect to /admin/install/ and returns the 500 error. I dont know why redirect to this sub URL.
  12. Hi team, I've my IPS cloud system out of service, return 500 error and the network status is ok. Can you take a look? I dont change anything in my domains. Thanks a lot.
  13. Hi @Marc Stridgen I've only configurated USD currency for Default English and Spanish language. I've this 2 mails for the same user and the same language. The renewal email not show the currency symbol and the invoice mail show the currency symbol in all price fields.
  14. Yes @Marc Stridgen I've a my own custom language pack. But as I say in the first post your renewal email in default language not show the currency simbol. In any way, in the translation function we can't change any key to solve this problem. So there is an issue than should be solved.
  15. Hi team, My IPS site and the official IPS platform sends the renewal email with the renewal price without currency. Should be an issue and should show the correct currency. I'm using a spanish translation but your site is only in default english and have the same issue. Can you take a look to solve in upcoming updates? Thanks a lot.
  16. To arrive to a checkout page I can't arrive as admin user, so I can't use the quick translation o view key word keys functions.
  17. Hi Jim, I've my own language pack and I did not find the key "terms & conditions" to translate manually. For that I create this specifit ticket.
  18. Hi team, when I disable for any test any language I lost ALL titles, descriptions, and more for this translation. So I need to repeat again a hard work. If I dont "unistall" a language IPS should keep all translations because I can enable or disable if I need. So can you take a look for upcoming updates to add this function? Thanks a lot.

  20. OMG! Awesome. With each update, third-party applications stop working. There is much to improve here, since this means blocking our businesses. Thanks for the recomendation, for me is better lost the latest 24h posts than all user guide pages created by FX Pages during months of job.
  21. I've some apps that not runs in v4.7 so I need to restore to latest 4.6.x version. How I can do it? In other way, how can I test in cloud system if all apps and plugins are compatible before update to the latest version? For exemple I can create a duplicate wordpress setup and I can test all plugins. In IPS it is posible?

  23. Hi team, sorry but I dont solve the problem. Only with new users but not with registered users. When any old user make a new subscription Stripe returns this error in your logs. Any idea to solve this problem?
