  1. Hello team, I am having a lot of problems connecting IC with my CRM (Active Campaign) through zapier. The triggers are limited, the information we can send is limited and the little we can send gives a lot of errors. I have a big question, really who uses zapier with IC and what do they use it for? I was having these problems a year ago and now I am still having them and more are being added. Is it not possible to solve them, is there another way to use zapier like the other existing applications? I appreciate your sincere replies. Tahnks a lot.
  2. I deleted all historical cache and not runs, I tested in incognito mode and not run. I tested with 4 different browsers and not runs. I tested with other computer and not run. I'm using windows 10 and tipical browsers like chrome, firefox, Edge and Opera in the latests versions.
  3. Hi team, I use a lot the admin forum search to locate my forums and not runs with all searched words. For example: pinterest: no results apple: no results united: results ford: no results DKNG: results II was going to restore the search index but it says that this is only necessary when there has been a server failure. I don't know if there has been a problem with the cloud service that affects this. Can you check it? Thanks.

  5. Hi team, I'm updating my zapier settings and have a doubt/problem, I can't found the first name, second name and custom fields. Only have this: Name Member Formatted Name Member Name Formatted Name What are they? Name is "Display Name"? What is Formatted Name? What is Member Name and Member Formatted Name? Why not appears billing info like First Name, Second Name and custom fields? Every user write this fields when buy any product, subscription or product. It is more necesary than others. I need to update my CRM with real First and second names and phone info not with a "nickname".
  6. Ok, thanks @Marc Stridgen I canceled the subscription active and deleted the renewals and IC changed automatically the group assigned to the default. This step work fine and again the cancel/refund invoice process not changed the groups correctly in the first step.
  7. I refund and cancel this invoice but IC not reset groups. This user can access to all restringed content and have subscription Active. It is will be renewal on 11/02/2023.
  8. Ok @Marc Stridgen I understand, it is my first time too, so it is bether refund this invoice. We can keep open this ticket to tracking this problem.
  9. Thanks @Marc Stridgen, but this user removed the renewal terms, so can be a IC issue. Do you know this issue in the v4.7.13 and it is solved in v4.7.14? Errors do not disappear mysteriously, they will have to be checked to fix them.
  10. Hi team, I've a problem with client id=2305. She cancelled the renewal on October 5th and today IPS charge the renewal price and renew the subscription. Can you take a look to the Latest Activity to see the sequence. It is a bug? How can solve it and refund it? Thanks a lot.

Thanks @Marc Stridgen, I think that are another problem in my first idea, because if I sell subscription and allow access to the course, If this user not renewal any month he will not can view this course. And by other way, the courses purchase allways have for ever access. We can't sell a course for 1 year access and updates for example.
  16. Hi team, I need to make "Launches" 3 times at year and I've 5 membership levels (with initial price for a course) and monthly renewals for community access. So when we are on launch time we should show all subscriptions to sell for new members. But when we aren't in launch time we only show renewal subcription to old members that bought any subscription level any time. If I disable "allow purchases" in every subscription take this function only for one subcription bought, but not for the rest. And I can't create new subscriptions for a limited groups. So, do we have any way to make this function? Thanks a lot!

  20. I will leave this month with this payment, I meant to cancel your renewal. That is to say, that next 11/10/2023 this subscription cannot be renewed and a new one must be purchased. Or manually switch from the old one to the new one.

  23. I dont' remember it. But now, I haven't any pending invoices and I've a lot expired invoices like this #116. Here appears a clear message, "The customer cannot pay unless you reissue it". I did'nt reissue the #735 invoice.
  24. Hi team, I've the user id=11 with particular problem. He was a subcriber to January 2022, then I charged in €, exactly 87€ for monthly plan (71.90€ + 21% taxes). Since june 2022 I am charging in $ without taxes ($87). This user has been able to renew today an old subcription (1 year and 9 months later) for 71,90€ in invoice #735. How it is posible? Haven't expiration old invoices? If IPS charge in € why not charge taxes too? Can I have other users in the same situation? How can search in and cancel or delete all this invoices? Thanks a lot.
