    I don’t receive any copy and user don’t receive any mail. So likes that IPS don’t send any renewal expiration mail in this case. I’ve other users with card payment method configured for montly and yearly plans that send mails correctly. But this user made bank wire payment and I aproved your subscription manually. So i think that the problem is with manual aprovements or renewals.

    Hi team, I've the user with id=2244 that had a annual subscription aproved manually by me and when finish your subscription period IPS not send any mail to renewal to the user. IPD should send the expiration situation in any case to inform user for this situation. Now I've a user unsubscribed and he and me haven't any info about it. Have you take a look if can be an issue? Thanks a lot.

    Hi team, some questions about top menu. How can I change the default "Register" text for Pricing like IPS page and how can I add more similar buttons? I can't find any settings in the adminCP or theme. Thanks a lot.

    Hi team, I made some changes in over the default theme some years ago. Now I need to compare the latest default them to my version to see changes and future updates. But I dont find how can add/import the default theme, only can add a marketplace theme. How can I add the latest default theme and have my actual theme at the same time? Thanks a lot.

    Hi team, How I can create a extended forum descriptions and only show the first paragraph in the forum blocks like this "General Questions" forum? I find in HTML file a <hr class="ipsHr"> code but not hide the content in my site. Thanks a lot for your help!

    Hi team, I need to change my default homepage tittle like "forums" + SiteName for other "seo optimization tittle" + SiteName but, I'm searching in admin tools and i dont find any settings for this. Can you help me for that? Thanks a lot.

    I did apply this patches and wait for 15 minutes and the problem described in this post continues.

    I haven't any update in my ACP today. I've installed the latest v4.7.6. Other problem related with it is with the past events with repetitions. They are not visible, in contrast the simple past events are showed, for example january 1st in the pictures showed in the first post.

    In addition, the wrong date is showing when I logged by any common user. If I'm logged by admin I can view the first event date correctly for every month, but I only can view the first repetition for every month too.

    Hi team, I've created some events in my calendars with repetition series like this, and when I go to the events section and see the monthly view only show the next date for every repetition event. Not shows all dates for every repetition as should be. In this way looks like only we have one event every month and is not real. We have four or five events every month. In addition, now show for every month view the same upcoming event date: January: January, 22th February: Jan, 22th March: Jan, 22th etc... Can you take a look al solve for upcoming updates? Can you take a look this suggestion about this events that can be related too? Thaks so much.

    Hi team, I'm search info to add a python code by flask framework for web from pythonanywhere.com service or similar to run in IPS pages as Page Builder element for example and, I can't find any info about this in IPS Help and Guide section. It is posible to add python web apps to IPS in any way? Some info about? Thanks a lot.

    The "Reapeats" function in events is a great function but we've a problem when we need to edit only one of this events. We can not made it. If I need to edit one changes all events, pasts and futures. For exemple I've created a weekly event every thursday at 18h, but I need change the time for the next session on 01/19/23. I can't edit because modify all events. So I need to wait until 6 days before and deactivate this event, create a new single event and then activate again the repetition event. Will be a great function if you to add like Google Calendar. When I edit a event and save changes ask me if i apply this changes to "this event only", "this and following" or "all events" Please, can you consider to add this function in upcoming updates? Thanks a lot!

    The item no, but the link is added by IPS as I say in the ticket tittle, I can't add a link in a dropdown item. If you have a dropdown menu inside other dopdown menu IPS add a link to home page. Exemple Menu structure Dropdown 1 (No link) Dropdown 2 (uncontrolled link to home page) Page 1 (Link to page 1)

    Well, for PayPal or Stripe connection you have a complete guide, the email is another one connection. I agree that you can't provide all hostings settings but you should create a list of IPS requirements to make functional the SMTP email setting.

    This settings will should be in the Help Guide! I has many tickets for this problem and is the first time that read this requirement.

    In the front end any user can press the "test" element and it is redirect to home page, I don't want to have this link. I don't added this link, is created by IPS.

    Hi team, I've a dropdown submenu and I've a default home page link in this item. I can't change or edit this link in the menu manager page. So should be an issue. Can you take a look and solve in upcoming updates?

    Thanks @Marc Stridgen, but can I seach one link? Individual item can be a link? Should be enough for me.
