  1. Hello, It's been a while. Are we ever going to have the "Remove Member" and other remove events inside Zapier? Currently, we can create member accounts on our forums when someone makes a purchase on a third party service that integrates with Zapier, but we can't remove those members if they refund or cancel their product.
  2. Do you have any suggestions on how we could go about to manually recreate those posts and replies? If we post something it appears with today's date. Is it possible to change the date of a post? I'm thinking of reposting and changing the date to when it was originally posted.
  3. We have a member on our forum that told us his content is missing. It's unusual because when we migrated we used the converter to import all the data from bbPress I checked and indeed, I can't find the user's posts and replies. We managed to restore the old forum on a staging environment and export those .xml files that contain his posts. How could we import his content?
  4. We regularly post articles inside our forum. We assign them to different categories. For some reason our last two articles won't appear inside their respective categories. Let's take one example... We posted this article. It appears as the latest post at the category meta (you'll notice that it does not for the Hot Content widget) but you can't find it inside the category itself at all (I checked all pages). What can we do so that posts will start appearing again? We updated the forum from v4.6.12.1 to 4.7.1 about three weeks ago, before we notice this issue.
  5. Is there a way to deactivate a member's account? We want deactivate accounts when users cancel their subscription with us and reenable them when users reopen their subscription, this way all their previous data is preserved.
  6. Hello, any updates on this? Thank you.
  7. I'm still looking forward to this. Any news?
  8. It's an online video course with different access levels. This 3rd party is also our CRM. So using it is absolutely vital! It isn't a matter of selling digital products and simply moving them to Invision. We use it for list management, sending emails, tagging users, automations, sequences, sales page builder. It's an all-in-one service. You could say that the only thing that is missing is a forum feature. Exactly! I have a thread opened with this request. Thank you, like I said the service we want to use doesn't have an API yet.
  9. Hi, I didn't know about that. Sounds like a handy feature. Still, it's not a solution as access to our private forum is just a feature that we give alongside the main product that is delivered through our 3rd party.
  10. Hello, We have an online subscription based membership hosted with a 3rd party service. We want to test another service to see if we can migrate to this new one. The context is simple. We have monthly paid subscribers. When they subscribe to our service an account should get created on our Invision forum and when they cancel their subscription their account should be removed. There's no way to integrate Invision with our services. Invision's Zapier integration is missing remove actions (pretty important actions) and the 3rd party services don't have an API either. I opened a feature request about Invision's Zaps half a year ago and no sign of anything happening to this day. At this point I'd like to see what suggestions I can receive to automate account creation on the forum as much as possible. So far this is what I came up with. Set up accounts by enabling manual revisions. Send a link to these users in their welcome email to ask them to manually create an account. When we receive accounts requests check and see if they indeed are subscribers before we approve them (100% we will get unsolicited requests from guests so they have to be vetted out). As for the second part of account removal, set up some kind of notification so that when somebody cancels their subscription we manually remove their forum account. Yep. Thank you
  11. I'm very happy to see that Invision Community finally appeared inside Zapier's dashboard as an app. First of, I want to say congratulations and a big thanks to the Invision Community team! You've been working really hard to make this happen. Personally, I've been following the development for almost, if not a year now. It must've been a lot of work. I have a function request. There are a lot of event options for "Create" but not "Remove". I'm particularly interested in creating a Zap that will remove users from Invision when they cancel their subscription from one of our services from another platform. We use Inivision Community's services to host a private forum and we give access to it when people buy one of our subscriptions. Obviously we'd like to revoke access when they cancel their subscription with us also. Were you already working on this? If not will you? If this will happen can you estimate an ETA? Again, thank you for your great work!
