after many tests.
i discover that there is a conflict with some applications.
i tested with disabled one , one application, and i find the error the application "easy popup " in my case!

Added "Body Background Images Enable?" option in the Front-End Colors. Added new 2 options "Category B - Enable?, Category C - Enable?" in the Forum Nodes. Corrected z-index search on the head.
