I added the following to custom CSS

I'll do as soon as I reach my PC. Show us your CSS changes, please.

This is an ICON. The name of the field is CATEGORY ICON, usually. 16x16. I can resize it but it doesn't make sense to add a 1024x768 image there.
Too not look so bad now, upload a small image.
I will fix both in next version.

Yes, I don't allow guests to play because they can't record their score. Score needs a member iD to be recorded. and that is something that WILL NOT change. 
General: Guest CAN'T play a quis.  

This is done. TIME will appear on editing screen only if the quiz has no player yet.

True. The time appears only when creating the quiz. I don't allow to change it.
I can add this restriction (if someone already played it) in next version.
Let me know if you want a query to update the time.

To activate the option to delete a question, you need to delete the games from that quiz. 
As I can't know if someone is deleting a question to re add it, it wouldn't be fair with those who already played to have questions deleted. That would impact directly in the quiz ranking.

You can edit questions at any time. You can't delete questions if anyone else already played the quiz.
It's been like that since Beta and it is working in two boards I have this installed.

It would be wrong if I ask for everything from a newly launched app. Take your time. May be by then I will manage with the style in mobile for this

That's what I told two or three times. You can add 1,000 questions but the presentation is this, because that's the STEP template provided by IPS.
There is NO ETA to change that.

@Himadri Goswami By the way: please also make the CSS change described here. Your library section is affected by this problem. 

In the URL? You can customize it on Advanced settings -> FURL. But I'm not sure you can get rid of it totally. It is a framework thing; it's like /forum/ on a forum URL.

we run a medical site. to run a test series actually we need minimum of 50 questions per quizees and may be upto 200 or 300
I personally feel that I shouldnot request you this just after a release? But anyway do you have this in your mind in for any future ? I would be grateful

Next version, you, as the submitter, will be able to play the quiz. Your score will not be taken into consideration. 
For the current version, you can go to Manage Questions & Answers and see all questions and answers. There's nothing else to view beyond that. 

I have included one more style S1 three columns along with the new update for magnum theme and article styles
