500 Internal Server Error
Number one thing to check is if your server is compatible with the software. You can use the following compatibility checker script here: If there are any red items, please contact your hosting provider for assistance in installing/configuring these.

Calendar Guest Permissions not honored
In order for this permission to work, Guests would need access to your community. Currently, your third party plugin, WordPress SSO plugin is redirecting them away from your community so you will need to work with the author to get that resolved. (Sorry, third party plugins are outside our scope of support) It may be that you also do not allow Guests to view your community in ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit your guest group -> ensure "Can access site?" is enabled.

Please Help asap
If someone uploads an attachment to your community, the image would come from your URL. Sorry, we only offer the latest release (which is currently 4.6.10). This is due to it is the most stable and secure product available as security releases are bundled in normal releases.

Optional patch issue..
I apologize, this might be something different than the patch mentioned. Could you please ensure that your server is not having issues connecting out to our server? This would be at remoteservices.invisionpower.com
-
Optional patch issue..
If you had 3 patches to install, that would likely include the patch to fix the error you mentioned. The next item you install should have this error fixed as it would have been included in the patch you installed. I would advise creating a new topic for any other issues you're encountering.

Changing site (and community) URL without downtime
Please note that while sending a PM is fine if you desire, my colleague who you sent it to is in a different time zone and their shift has ended. If you have an issue you want to solve quickly, any questions on your URL, I would recommend posting here. If you want to share sensitive information, like your conf_global.php file, providing us access is generally the best way.

Optional patch issue..
There was a patch to fix the above error. Are you aware if the patch you installed had just 2 items or many items? If the latter, it could be because the issue was present and the patch will now resolve it moving forward.

Having issues with CSS files not loading properly
Do you happen to have what was inserted pre-fix? We can certainly review that to see if anything can be improved on our end.

ips killing my server
I would suggest having your hosting provider take a look at what is causing the issue here. They have the tools to troubleshoot performance issues on your server. If you have any logs which indicate more of a software issue, we can take a look at those after your hosting provider investigates.

IPS Push Notifications Bug in Firefox
Are there any errors in the browser console when this is encountered? If you go to {your-base-url}/notifications/options/ are push notifications enabled? (note: you'll want to replace {your-base-url} with the base url of your community)

Editor doesn't works
Glad to hear this is resolved for you now.

Editor doesn't works
If you are running suexec or suPHP, this would be writable permissions. If so, you would need to make sure all folders are 755. You can ask your hosting provider to perform this.

Forum user unable to login
I have moved this to our advanced self-hosting assistance forum so you can receive support from other community owners on a self-hosted box who may be running similar setups.
-
Forum user unable to login
I would advise working with your hosting provider to ensure that your WordPress .htaccess is not overwriting or otherwise impacting your .htaccess from Invision Community. I'm afraid, we are unable to assist with server management tasks and .htaccess from other software.

Where can I edit the text of the automatic email a new member receives?
As @Miss_B stated, this can be modified via the language system. If you're unfamiliar with that system, you can read our Guide here:
-
Signup problems
Can always manually register them or temporarily disable the spam defense system.
-
Site launch day problem
Yep, there is guest caching so you can certainly clear this as mentioned in my reply:
-
Signup problems
To confirm these are not in ACP -> Members -> Ban Filters? If so, this would indicate that the user is in our Spam Defense database either due to attempting to register multiple times or another reason. If they are not a spammer they will eventually fall out but to allow them to register on your community, you can add them to the whitelist in ACP -> Members -> Spam Prevention -> Spam Defense Whitelist.

Header width with ipsResponsive
Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, this issue is beyond the scope of our technical support. 👩💻 Our technical support is happy to help you with the Invision Community platform, but we're unable to help with things like server management, theme questions and modifications. I've moved this to our Community Support area where other Invision Community owners will see it and help where they can.

Extend Session Time when "Signed In As"
This would be controlled by typical session so if you are active with the user, you would stay logged in as them. Once the session expires though, you would be logged out. We utilize normal PHP session configuration for this so it is a timing of around 20 min. I believe. I'm afraid, there is no way to change this on our Cloud. (Nor would we recommend changing it if were on self-hosted.)

Images disappearing or not loading
Sorry, believe there is some confusion, we do not need the URL to the image but the URL to where the image was posted on your community (in this case the article).

ACP Members Menu - Deleting Spammers
I have split these items for you and moved it to our Feature Suggestion forum for you. Unfortunately, this is not something I can answer but it is currently, the intended function of the software.
-
ACP Members Menu - Deleting Spammers
This is the current intended function. Here in support, I can only inform you on how the software operates today. If you would like to change it, please supply your suggestion in our Feature Suggestion forum. I'm sorry that not all suggestions would make it into the software.

How could a member become Grand Master with no posts?
There is not. Deleting a member as an admin is a final action and would require a full restore of a database backup to restore the user. Keep in mind that you would lose any content made after the backup was taken. Please supply your suggestion in our Feature Suggestion forum for this.
