    You would click on the prune button at the top once you have searched for those members. I would advise ensuring you backup before a mass action like this.

    I have been looking at this, and from what I can see those errors are happening directly after an issue with being able to write to your redis instance. I would suggest first of all disabling that, and seeing if the errors still occur
    I would also note, it would be worth disabling all 3rd party items and monitoring, but I would go for testing redis first of all

    There isnt a way in which to do it within a forum. If you have it showing as a preview it will indeed show a preview of the first post. As mentioned above, you would be best to use a stream for what you are looking to do there. You can see a guide on how to uses these here

    I have just logged in there, and there are a couple of items of note.
    First of all, you need to address your tasks not running, as shown in the bar at the top of the page. If these are not running, then cleanup tasks are also not running.
    The second item is that you have errors being repeatidly logged relating to chatbox. I would suggest disabling that, or contacting the author of a resolution to that issue.
    Other than that though, it looks like you have simply outgrown the hosting you are currently using

    You are referring to the sorting there. You can  only currently sort by oldest or newest activity, and not by oldest and newest start date. Similarly the 'time period' relates to the last activity date. There isn't really any way to do what you are looking to do there. 
    I do see you have the pages application. You could create a topic feed block on another page, if its something you wish to go that far into for your moderator, as an alternative thought

    I see this appears to have been an issue with some folder locations that my colleague has said you can move there to resolve the issue. I will mark this solved, but of course let us know on the ticket if you have any further issues

    If you go to support in your Admin CP and apply the optional patch shown, this will correct the issue for you.

    These are part of the "post before register" feature. That email is sent out when a user has posted, but not subsequently entered valid registration details. The only way in which you would be able to stop those completely, would be to switch of post before register. You can see more about this here

    We are assuming here that this was one of the 3rd party items mentioned by my colleague that was causing this problem. I will mark this solved for this reason, as we havent had a respond from yourself since last Monday. If of course you still have the issue, please let us know.

    The SSL Certificate set on your server expired on 7th October. As a self hosted customer, you would need to contact your hosting company to resolve this issue for you

    There isnt a way of featuring a download from your standard downloads categories, other than just adding a link to it somewhere. However what is it you are trying to achieve here? I ask as there may be other ways of going about it. For instance, you can add a page in a club where you could add any content you wish, including a link to a download if needed. Or you can even add a downloads section to the club itself and bypass the general categories. It really depends on your aim.

    Are you referring to showing this within the listings? If so, this is something you would need customisation for really.

    I see my colleague managed to get that sorted for you. As mentioned, we have also added improvements there to prevent reoccurrence of this particular issue.

    There is no way in which to selectively delete posts which are over a set date for a specific user like that, however you can indeed delete the user entirely if you wanted to do so. Doing this would allow you to use the username again.

    There would be no way in which to do this as it has an csrf key that is generated. You could however just link them to the subscriptions page and let them choose which subscription. I realise thats not exactly what is asked for there, but its an option
