  1. This has now been resolved and patched. To apply the patch, please visit your admin CP, and select to install optional patches
  2. You can do this one of 2 ways. You can switch off the site entirely to guests, so they have to log in. To do that, go to the guest group and edit, then switch off "can access site". Alternatively you can change the permissions on your forums to remove guest access https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/how-to-use-ips-community-suite/managing-members/member-permissions-r305/
  3. There would be no way in which to do that, as the ID is what is actually pulling the profile up, rather than the name. The name is indeed only there for vanity purposes. If the person changed their name, their old link would actually still work
  4. As mentioned in your ticket there, you are actually using a non-standard storage method there. You would need to contact the author of that item for assistance with this
  5. Always a good thing 🙂
  6. Please could you update all access details on file? I can then take a look for you
  7. This has been resolved in the latest 4.6.8 release. Please upgrade to get the latest release, and let us know if you see any further issues.

  19. Resolutions for issue are fixed as soon as we can. However they do need to be investigated, the fix written, reviewed, tested, then applied to a release. So please bear with us on this
  20. I have created a ticket for you. Please respond there with examples, and ensure all access is up to date
  21. Miss_B is correct. There would be no way of doing that within the core platform
  22. Take a look at the guide I linked to above, which shows how to do this. If you select "Reset" and its someone who purchased when they signed up, they would be returned to the members group. You can be sure it does so simply by selecting that option when you set up a subscription You can add people to a subscription, yes. You would click on the + icon at the side of a subscription in order to manually add members to it.
  23. Please dont change anything via direct database manipulation. Do you have some example posts you can share?
  24. There is no way in which to restrict editing by section. This can only be done by group.
