    Rebuild is finished and those search errors seems to be corrected. Took 4 days with approx. 2 mill. posts. Is it a known bug that changed titles might not be updated in the index?

    Is this something that we can adjust? Forum is running painfully slow and it's still at 64%.

    Indexing for 48 hours now and still only 48%. It's set up as cron and we have a dedicated server that's only used for the forum. Forum is painfully slow in response. Is it possible to schedule so it runs at night only? Or give the process a lower priority? Can it be stopped once started?

    Seems that it occurs when topic title has been changed, although that might be a month ago.

    Installed today on 4.7.10. Seems to work, but ACP/Support gives a PHP8 critical incompatibility error. Using PHP Version 8.1.19.

    Achievements are now rebuilt and ranks are correct. If you only use ranks, do you still have to specify forums in the Achivements rules? (In addition to the "Increase content counts?" forum setting.)

    So if we remove points for topics the topic starter will still get one point?

    Thanks, but I'm still confused. Are you saying that, after achievements was introduced, we can no longer use number of posts to calculate rank? Our members have, through 21 years, built their ranks and now we have to remove it?

    Search our ACP memberlist based on highest rank. Then sort searchresult based on number of posts. You will see there are many members with higher ranks than they "deserve".

    I really don't know, as the documentation does not tell you how to set it up so that the old ranks system is not affected. Why is this?

    Current settings are for image dimensions only, not filesize. This works for compressed JPG, but uncompressed files can get very big, especially GIF "video".

    I don't think it is fair to blame only the customer. Ranks has been an important feature since the dawn of IPB and when an upgrade stopped it functioning as expected we could have been notified and explained what to do. I might be stupid, but despite reading the documentation and starting this thread, I still don't see how to get ranks working as before. Number of posts rebuild is now finished and that seems to have corrected the problem with counting posts that should not have been counted. But I expect it will be building up again. Still many members have a better rank that their number of posts should have given them.

    Maybe "issue" is the wrong word, but we find it a problem when a crucial functionality, that we have been using since 2004, is not working the same anymore. Same that searching for "rebuild" does not find the rebuild options. Awaiting the outcome of rebuilding, running for 4 days now.

    But how would we know that we have an issue? Now we have, by chance, discovered two cases that might be corrected by a recount. Suggest that you publish a list of what can be rebuilt, especially since they cannot be found by searching ACP. As far as I remember the rebuild options were shown in ACP earlier.

    As said in another post we don't know how to rebuild. Searching for "rebuild" in ACP gives no result apart from search index. See our access details.

    Is that intentionally? If so, why are they counted? Are permanently deleted posts also included in the forums statistics total number of posts?

    Yes, that is a possibility, hence my comment on "Deleted content". I took it for granted that permanently deleted posts are not counted.

    Found a user that's shown as having 12 posts, but no posts can be found. To my knowledge none of his posts are in "Deleted content". (Please make this area searchable) Link to user in question is in our Access information.
