  1. Are you sure your account is linked to your client account ( I think that needs to be done for the support to work ???) In your client area did you click support - email the support team ? (a link) Hopefully one of the team will read this soon - @Matt @Marc Stridgen @Jim M - and sort your problem
  2. Its still accessible - you just need to set an exception in the browser your in - this is an example in safari However the SSL cert - it depends on the ssl cert you had installed and if your on shared hosting, vps, dedicated, cpanel, direct admin etc etc Too many queries to give an accurate answer However if you have some sort of managed server from a host then open a ticket with them and tell them the SSL isnt working has expired If you have cpanel / whm then go there and look for ssl and run the Auto SSL feature If you have a purchased SSL then check you have renewed the purchase and if so then add the relevant ssl certificate to the ssl manager at your hosts If your on cloud hosting here then open a support ticket and let them know SSL.m4v
  3. @Everade Why dont you choose a different platform and leave instead of whinging on about IPS developers/ment I from a personal stand point find IPS development and staff excellent, there product isn't perfect but whose is ? I have been with them for many many years after coming from vB and will be staying here for a long time in the future

  7. If thats not the case, some registrars allow redirects at the domain level, here is name cheap details https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/385/2237/how-to-redirect-a-url-for-a-domain/ Other than that you can do it at dns level with A records But you dont really give enough info to offer sound advice......
  8. The old domain - is it on a cpanel server ? If you you can do a 301 redirect in there...
  9. I just checked the url and it checks out ok https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3aips-cic-filestore.s3.amazonaws.com&run=toolpage I would imagine its an issue with Microsoft - good luck with that 🤪
  10. If you mean you purchased a domain at a domain registrar then you own domain.com - the http or https is done at server level - https being ssl secured so you have both if you see what I mean - the server/software just needs setting up with an ssl certificated so you can run the site on https instead of http
  11. @Matt made a post an hour ago, maybe he can help
  12. IPS should be able to do it for you, they have server access for the cloud.....

  17. We changed from dedicated server to IPS hosted The new license is with IPS My old license in my client area is still the old url However I cant change URLs for this license as its still pointing to a valid install ? The IPS server Can you delete the old license details please so I can reissue the license to a new url ? 18. My Humble Opinion I cant stand gmail (Google) or hotmail (Microsoft)...... Had no end of trouble over the years, there support sucks, its never them if they eventually reply, yet the problem is actually always their end....
