Hi! We have some database problems, but we don't really know what they are. Our forum was moved to a new server a couple of weeks ago, that's when it came up. But we have not experienced any errors in the functioning of the forum itself. For a while we were experiencing "An error occurred (500 Error)", but that seems to have been resolved by the server provider support. Although it sometimes still appears, this may be related to a database error. "Fix this" does not fix it. I've attached a doc file of what we get when we press "Fix it", but it doesn't tell us much.
Thank you in advance for your reply.

@Adriano Faria What do you suggest? Is there a solution to the problem outlined above?

Thanks for the answer! It updates once a day.

Hi,
What could be the reason behind the non-updating comment counter in the forum statistics block at the bottom of the main page? I rewrote the short format of the post counter to a long format, then this error occured.

We have had an update in the forum program and it would be necessary again to set the counters on the bottom of the site to the above old format. I hope it is possible after the update as well. What do I have to do?

Thank you @Sonya*! It's easier than I thought.

Hello,
Previously before the update when we clicked on the topik titles in the topic feed section, the most recent comment was visible first. Now the starting comment (the oldest one) of the relevant topic is visible first after the click that is really unconfortable. Could it be possible to restore the previous solution?

Yes. Forum posts and views.

Hello,
I would like to set the counters to the old format, i.e. 5000 instead of 5k. Where can I do the necessary setup?

Thanks Randy but I've never done this before. I will write to the service provider to see if they can help.
