Hello,
does IPB support Mail-Retry? The gmail-SMTP always responds with retry later - i guess it's a graylisting-feature.

Hi,
i tried to translate some untranslated words, but it it doesn't work.
For example, i'm not able to find the correct keys for that words:
But when i search for "report" and "save", everything seems to be translated.
So, i tried the Quick Translation feature (press and hold), but when i tried it, the function was activated (report or save) and the translation box was gone.

Hi Marc, our community was established 22 years ago and is a IPB customer from the early days. Almost two decades ago (19 years) we switched to IPB because we had faith in you guys. And we sticked to you because you had great and fast support.
Because of the sheer loads of data and all the generations of versions we've seen, there are a LOT of issues and we need fast and professional support.
I slowly get a feeling that the old, big boards like us don't get the needed support anymore.
I had priority support before, but it's not available anymore and i can't buy email support because there's no button for it.
WE NEED FAST AND PROFESSIONAL "HANDS ON" SUPPORT and not a debating group what might and might not be the issue here.
We're talking about two decades of history, nearly 70000 users and way over 5.000.000 posts!
So, to whom can i talk to to get this problems solved? -
Since i hava a very old installation, everything is in one folder.
We migrate at the moment to s3 storage location by storage location, but have the problem that nothing is moved by the IPB. In order to manually copy the needed files, we need to know which files are usually in there.

We are in the process of switching storage endpoints from local storage to S3 endpoints.
As a first test, we encountered an error when switching the "User emojis" storage location. There was a message stating that another migration is still in progress, which was not the case as far as we can see. As a result, none of the "user emoji" files were migrated to the new storage location.
After this error, new posts tried to use emojis at the new storage location (which did not have any emojis uploaded/migrated) while pre-switching posts still referenced to the prior emoji storage location.
At the end of the day we had following problems:- Files from old to new storage location were not migrated
- Old posts were not modified to use the new storage location
To fix this problem short-term, we copied the "user emoji" files manually to the S3 storage as well to ensure the users don't see broken links.
Questions:

We already tried such a migration a few months before and hat severe problems as well. Support ticket at this time was not solved properly, only non-helping hints were given.
Now we tried again but not even the "user emojis" were moved properly...what will happen when we try to migrate the 900GB of attachments?!
What needs to be done to migrate storage locations properly? - Is there a way to start a migration by command line to prevent e.g. timeouts?
- What needs to be done so that old posts /old data uses the new storage location as well?

installed at IPB latest version.
I activated the Whitelist and allowed the following countries:
"Show Reason" is activated.
1st Bug:
So i logged out and tried to register.
-> Popup "Registrations are curently disabled" appears
Now i disabled the "Enable?" switch
-> Popup "Registrations are curently disabled" still appears
Now i disabled the whole Application
-> Regsitration now possible
1st Bug: =>> "Enable?" Switch not working properly.
2nd Bug: =>> "Germany" doesn't work in the Whitelist

Hello,
i updated my products with a new pricing. But somehow now all orders fail when the customers are trying to pay via PayPal.
What could be the problem here?
"There was a problem when processing the payment...."
