Error with the tasks of an application.

In an application I'm getting an error executing its tasks, I can't even execute it manually.

Does anyone know what can it be ?

These tasks runs accordingly to the goals settings:

 

Note that the week task is running probably because you probably has set your goals using ONCE A WEEK.

Do you actually has goals to run every 3, 6 or 12 hours? Once a day? Once a month?

The error occurs manually running as automatically regardless of the execution period.

These are the update tasks, see here There are the update tasks, see several are not updated. rias are not updated.

When I try to delete a goal i receive this error message:

PHP 7.3 and MariaDB 10.3

I am facing some processes that have been making my server very slow.
