We'll update the developer documentation once 4.5.5 is here and post instructions for theme designers with the breaking changes once ASAP, so that they're able to prepare their custom themes.

I have @Mike John's Forms loaded on my site. Is there a way to restrict certain applications from the Top Members Filter? It looks kind of silly to see Most form_logs_pl_lc in the list...
