This plugin won't really help you sorry. It's just adding a prefix to the existing link. For something like you want, you would probably need to replace the link completely with an internal link that redirects to the real link in the background.

It might be a while unfortunately, IPB 4.5 took a lot longer to finish then I expected and I still have a few plugins left to update before I look into new features.

The easiest way would be to find and edit the "enter_amount" language string in your language manager. Clear the 10.00 value it currently has.

There was a problem during submission but I've re-uploaded a new version with the correct version information. There were quite a few changes needed to make this IPB 4.5 compatible, so I wasn't able to focus on other bugs or features at this moment.

I've just released a new IPB 4.5 update awaiting approval. This has been converted to an application due to changes in IPB 4.5. The application will handle the conversion of existing data and automatically remove the old plugin. I aim to release this in the existing marketplace listing so existing subscriptions will get this update for free.

I've been using constructLoadQuery to add table joins for member and group data without any problems but this won't work with the forums database. I assume due to the node permissions. Is there a work around for this or should I just use get_fieldname and cache my database queries? Any indication this happens in the post area or status update area? This one might be a bit tricky because the widget area is much smaller then the normal areas the reputation button would appear in.
