If this is affecting other widgets then it might be a bigger issue with the theme itself. But if this is just affecting the Messages widget, I'll need a copy of the theme or admin login details to take a look and see what it could be.

I've got a new update ready that is just being tested a bit more by a few others and then will be released soon. (Because of the previous update causing problems, I'm a bit more cautious this release.) These are the changes, if you've got any more bugs to report, please let me know now. Bug fix for validate member. Bug fix with topic settings stopping new welcome alerts. Background queue to convert and then remove the legacy welcome member field. Only members who joined within 2 weeks will receive the time delay welcome.

Have you tried double clicking the image and setting a fixed dimension? First to rule out any theme issues, can you try this in the default theme as well? If it's the same, could you PM me the exact image your testing with and I'll take a look? Are you using the latest version that was released for IPB 4.5.x? What version of the app and IPB are you using and I'll take a look? The IPB 4.5 updates are more complex and taking longer to update. I won't be adding new features until this is done. I don't expect new gateways in the medium term. If you want to add a gateway, you'll need to find someone to custom create what ever gateway you require. Not currently but this is a good idea and I'll note for a future update.

I apologies for the delay, this will be updated to IPB 4.5 but IPS has made the requirements a lot more complicated for this particular app, so it will be at least another month before it's updated. Those that have already updated to IPB 4.5 and don't mind applying some patches, I might be able to offer a temporary patch so you can at least use this while waiting. Please PM if your willing to test this.

Yep has been tested and updated for IPB 4.5. Didn't display in the widget or send out any birthday alerts? Has the problem repeated or was just a once off? Is there any other detailed error with that? Are you updating this app manually or using the new IPS Marketplace update feature?

Lock the actual post or topic? Can you clarify? Or do you mean based on the last reply in a topic? Okay this will lock topics after 30 days of being started fine but it does not support limiting the amount of topics allowed in a forum. I apologies for the confusion if the screenshots seem to indicate that. I'm not sure there's even a plugin in the IPS Marketplace that does that.

I've updated this as my plugin allows you to select a forum to pull polls from as well.

To be honest, probably not in the short term. I'm still busy with IPB 4.5 updates so won't add new features to anything for a while.

Everything should be updated before the end of the year. IPB 4.5 makes things more complicated for some plugins like this one and is taking longer then previous updates. You can keep updated on the status of updates here - https://www.devfuse.com/forums/topic/12381-ipboard-45-update/

There was just a little delay before IPS approved the update. The IPB 4.5 version is now available in the IPS Marketplace too.

I can't reproduce this. If it's affecting both widgets then it might be a system wide issue. Can you try removing the widget and then re-adding it? Also logging out and then back in again to see if that clears the widget cache?

Yes I plan to update all my apps and plugins. You can keep updated on the status here. The Members Teams plugin will take longer because it needs to support database changes that are required in the IPS Marketplace.

You'll probably need to speak to IPS regarding this particular problem. Because from what I can see, I've uploaded the .tar file correctly and it should be working.

After IPB 4.5 updates are complete, I can revisit this but for now I was focused on just making sure everything worked with IPB 4.5.x. Other domain or IPB urls? This will only modify username links in IPB.

I have a new version that fixes the immediate welcome and a background queue to remove the legacy field rather then upgrade step. Those who are available to test this, particularly those upgrading with lots of members. Please PM me.

If you add your own custom css class to acp > theme editor > css tab > core > front > custom > custom.css You can then use that class in the message style setting. I'm not very experienced with css design, so don't have any css code you can use.

IPS Marketplace Revisit* The IPS Marketplace now requires a change to how some data is stored in applications and plugins. This does not affect how a plugin or app work but does require extra changes. Therefore, some apps or plugins will not be immediately updated in the IPS Marketplace and only available on this site. I will revisit these apps and plugins and make the changes needed to have them updated in the IPS Marketplace as well.
