Or can I only initiate a transfer to an Alternative Account Contact?

Hi, I know that there was an option before to transfer an Invision Community license from one account to another, but I can not find that link anymore. What would be my best way to proceed here? Thanks.

Hi, I'm having problems with backgrounds tasks not completing, and there are some >250 of them waiting to complete the last week. Hi, We've been forced to switch our live server (which is currently down), and I've done all the exports and imports and (most) settings. Hi, As far as I know, there is not an easy way to include blocks in database entries. In our install (and possibly others 😊), there are several occasions when adding blocks to articles would be very useful: Inserting custom ads in custom locations of the article Inserting a block with sponsors of specific articles In an expanding series of articles within a topic, a block with links to the different parts would take away a huge amount of editing when new parts are published One way of doing it would be to include a button in the text editor that brings up a list with the available custom blocks, similar to the way you browse for available Custom Blocks in the Blocks Manager on the live page. But I'd also be happy to just paste the block key in a field. Any improvement in this regard is greatly appreciated. Cheers

@Jim M The issue still persists, and there is indeed an upgrade in progress - which I can't complete. Please note that the issues is in our test install environment (which has a public address too). @Stuart Silvester Unfortunately I can't access the AdminCP since the upgrade is in progress. And when I continue the upgrade the error message in the first page reappears. I'll try finding info in the core_log table tomorrow morning and I touch base again then. Cheers!

Hi, When upgrading our test install from 4.7.7 to 4.7.8 we are presented with the error message: Truncated incorrect DECIMAL value: '' /[...]/public_html/applications/core/setup/upg_107640/upgrade.php::50 where [...] is omitted path name. Any idea what this is about and how to fix it? Since the upgrade need to complete before accessing the admin pages again, we don't dare to install the update on our main install yet. Thanks in advance.

Hi, When we create a new record in a Pages database, we are no longer able to set a past date or time. And when the article is saved, we are not able to amend the date at all. Is this expected behaviour? From what we see, this change was made in the 4.7.7 update. We are primarily using the Pages app from the admin side.
