    i did the upgrade to latest edition yesterday , and did not show since then Will keep following Does the support agreement include the proposed file replacement actions? , i don't want to to take the risk of replacing the files myself

    The log table core_mail_error_logs within the database is 13.33 GB in size. You may wish to adjust the pruning options for these logs to keep the log table smaller in size. i got this alert in ACP , so i changed the prune options to one month , but nothing happened. how to make this active?

    Hi Not sure how to do that But long time back I used the shortcut "Add to home screen" but not similar to what happened when I was browsing the invision community

    Hi, I did follow the above steps but did not get a similar alerts when i browsed my site using the mobile i did get the download alert for Invision community using the same mobile device and chrome browser

    yes the theme is default Found that the google alert refers mainly to some html pages i added to a folder on the site root , used for tips , rules , and privacy policy not in the forum.

    got a notification from google search that there are 2 mobile usability issues The following issues were found on your site: Text too small to read Viewport not set We recommend that you fix these issues when possible to enable the best experience and coverage in Google Search. How to Fix there issues ? Fot Font , i will search for the relevant pages and increase the font but what is viewport and how to set that ?

    I get an administrative notification in ACP : Display name logins are enabled While it is disabled My Authentication Type is only Email address

    The members face issues when they go to the login page https://www.officena.net/ib/login/ they get this message This page isn’t working www.officena.net redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS Tried clearing the cookies ,and installed the latest forum upgrade same issue persists

    Hi, Thank you all for your feedback My Facebook app was disabled by Facebook , and one of the reasons is non compliance with this policy above here is the privacy policy i have now : https://www.officena.net/Tips/Privacy.htm for example i am not sure what data is collected , is it email , user , only ? and how how it is deleted

    Face book integration requires that the privacy policy includes the following : 1. Privacy policy needs to explain what data you are collecting from users 2. Privacy policy needs to have a clear explanation of what purposes the app is using that data. 3 .Privacy Policy should have clear explanation of how the data is deleted What to include to cover the above in the policy in relation to facebook login app ?
