IPS4 uses variables on language bits. So those with numbers or plural, you better search without them.

Please, use the search in your Language system! This case is different. If you search for tutorials in this category you won't find. So go excluding words. If you try search for in this category you'll find:

Default on app, no... Because it already displays cats on navigation bar. If you want to do on your own, you need to create one php file for each tab and place them on applications/tutorials/extensions/core/frontNavigation folder. Take a look in the file that's already there and same file from other applications.

The tutorial/article created will be displayed on Tutorials. Tutorials can use support topics, if you want to. You can set a forum per-category.

No. There's no other place in whole suite that has it. It is on IPS pattern.
