This is likely an oversight, I'll take a look.

Thanks Matt,

Just wondering if it is worth posting the events overview issue as a bug or not?

There's no need, it's already been fixed for 5.0.5 which is out this week 🤞

The new Editor is still slow on any Chromium based browser.

If we try to type very fast or delete very fast, it will become very slugish.

I notice that it starts using a lot of Cpu power from the:

It's not the editor itself that's slow, but the whole JavaScript framework. Anything JS-related is slow (editor, tooltips, menus, selecting checkboxes, etc).

There are already multiple bug reports about it.

I too, have received multiple reports about typing being slow and sluggish. I haven’t experienced it myself on Firefox though…

Yeah. Firefox doesn't use Chromium but Gecko as the rendering engine and it's not affected.

Yes, that's is correct. The issue ultimately lies in Chrome itself, but we are addressing it to the best of our ability, applying a fix whenever we identify a source of slowness. That said, it's one of those things that doesn't affect any of the devices used by members of our staff which makes it hard to track down.

Does it have gallery application?

Using the last version of Brave Browser on Windows, that is based from Chromium v134.

Same happens on the last Chrome version.

A cannot replicate it on Android, using the same Browsers.

OK, thanks. Need to have a look on it, but just now I need to upgrade db to 8.0

I had an error for a few minutes, where the website was not available anymore and I got a " Bad Gateway " error.

I contacted the support of my hosting provider and they said that there was in fact an error around that time where the site was down. It created this message. Maybe it's useful to know. The directory where the IPB is located is /members

At the moment the website is working fine.
