Hello Invision,

I cannot apply the latest update. It keeps failing and referencing some kind of issue, but I see no clear issue. I'm stuck. Please help. I don't have any fancy apps or anything attached to my community. Maybe I took too long to apply the update?

Ummm...I have a cloud account. Does this manual process apply to that too? Will it wipe all my settings and stuff? I can't afford to start over. I'm not very technical and bad at this kind of stuff.
