Randy Calvert Posted Friday at 07:46 PM Posted Friday at 07:46 PM Have you cleared the system cache and your browser cache?
Marafa Posted Friday at 07:48 PM Author Posted Friday at 07:48 PM (edited) Yes I usually clear the system cash after each and every upgrade Edited Friday at 07:49 PM by Marafa
Jim M Posted Friday at 07:51 PM Posted Friday at 07:51 PM Make sure your uploads directory (and all sub-directories) is writable and owned by the correct user/group.
Marafa Posted Friday at 07:53 PM Author Posted Friday at 07:53 PM Nothing changed in those settings for many years This suddenly happened once the latest security upgrade was completed

Marafa Posted Friday at 08:08 PM Author Posted Friday at 08:08 PM Please let me know what should I check exactly I have no idea Also I am absolutely sure that no changes where made to folders of access writes for many years Every thing was running fine until I made the latest security upgrade

It is different per server and based on your configuration.
Marafa Posted Friday at 08:27 PM Author Posted Friday at 08:27 PM I requested the server team to check the access writes of ib/uploads and its sub-folders, and I will revert with their feedback. But please note that I am doing all updates regularly once issued for years, and this is the first time this has happened.

If the software is having issues writing to your server, this is the first troubleshooting step to take.
Marafa Posted Friday at 08:49 PM Author Posted Friday at 08:49 PM while waiting for the server team reply I cleared the cash once again from ACP now it is working fine
Jim M Posted Friday at 08:50 PM Posted Friday at 08:50 PM Glad to hear it's working fine. It may still be worthwhile contacting your hosting provider to ensure permissions are correct and that you know how to check in the future. Marafa 1
