David.. Posted October 4 Posted October 4 is this a bug? why is there no "Renew Now" button on expired subscriptions. i'm only made aware of this now after a user messaged me.

Jim M Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Looks like renewals were removed from the purchase and opted to not allow the customer to reactivate. So either the purchase needs to be removed to allow them to purchase a new subscription or renewals need to be manually added back to the purchase to allow them to renew.

I'm afraid, while that may indeed be confusing, it is not currently how the software works. You're welcome to leave feedback to change this feature, however.
