Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Milly Mikkelsen Posted July 12 Posted July 12 I have an SSO set up and created another Admin which is tied to the Admin Group. When that user logs in they have access to the blocks via the front end but not the ACP. I have a feeling that the account might be blocked but not sure where to check these logs to unblock them.
Jim M Posted July 12 Posted July 12 Could you please clarify what you mean by not having access to the ACP? Do they not see the link on the front-end or do they not have access when logging into the ACP login page? Was the account created for this user prior to them signing into your SSO on the community? If so, the account may not be connected.
Marc Posted July 12 Posted July 12 If a user has access to blocks but not the admin CP, that would usually indicate they are a moderator, but not admin
Milly Mikkelsen Posted July 12 Author Posted July 12 When they try to access the ACP via the admin link, it just comes up incorrect email or password, but i know its correct as the password is generated via Wordpress with SSO.

They will not be able to login to the ACP with their SSO credentials. They would need to create a password via the forgotten password tool or you provide them one as they need to login with their Invision credentials.
