Posted March 27, 20241 yr Hi, one of my users is using an iPad and has reported there is no Reply box at the bottom of any threads. I use a custom theme but I switched him to the default theme in case it was a theme issue but he says the problem is still there. If he switches to his phone he is able to reply as the options are there. Is this a known issue or do you have any suggestions? Thanks again, Rob
March 27, 20241 yr Community Expert Check what ipad they are using. My suspicion here is that they are using quite an old device which simply isnt compatible with the platform
