Afrodude
IPS staff team won't be able to help you with that, and you will need to do exactly what the red notice says. Contact your hosting to adjust your PHP session configuration in order to finish the upgrade unless you have unmanaged VPS. The issue is the PHP session path is not writable, and only your hosting can be able to fix it for you. Edited March 2 by Afrodude
Jim M
As Afrodude mentioned, this is not a software issue but a hosting issue. Your hosting provider or server administrator would need to ensure that the path in the PHP configuration is writable so that PHP can create a session. Currently the path listed in the error there is not writable or exists entirely.
