Prevent certain groups from adding hyperlinks

Hi there,

We have seen a spate of new users that embed links into quoted text from other posts which is quite long. This then does not show the link, until the "quoted" text is expanded.

Is there a solution, option where specific groups of users cannot add links to any part of the post, even if it is quoted text?

Unfortunetly there isnt really any way in which to do this at present

Thanks Marc, would be a really nice feature to have to limit newly registered users from spamming sites.
