Thanks Marc, would be a really nice feature to have to limit newly registered users from spamming sites. -
Thanks, but that does not really answer my issue, unless I am not reading this correctly. New users register, then post on the forum with a quote from another user. The new user then adds a spammy link in the quoted text. I will certainly implement the option you suggest anyway. Thanks

Hi there, We have seen a spate of new users that embed links into quoted text from other posts which is quite long. This then does not show the link, until the "quoted" text is expanded. Is there a solution, option where specific groups of users cannot add links to any part of the post, even if it is quoted text? Many thanks Hans

Thanks Marc. It looks like the issue has now been resolved and access to admin and all areas of hosted sites are easily acessable. Thanks Hans

As we are on AWS, I suspect that Amazon has put this in place, rather than IPS.

Can someone please give us an explanation as to why we have this verification in place? I am now unable to do any admin function as every click results in a verification process, that is sometimes only once, other times it results in a loop and I never get to the content I need. This is really bad communication from IPS and hopefully there is a really good explanation and sollution.

Sorry, guys, but this captcha on hosted services is becoming a user loser. I am the admin and had to complete the verification about 6 times, before I see the page. This is not good at all. Now I am unable to get passed the Captcha process, so what would happen to our users? I have managed to login as admin, but when I go to a post, I am in a loop with the verification process. This is atrocious.

Hi there, We used to make use of a plugin-in "mail-wrapper" which was a really neat way of using a WYSIWIG editor to create various mail wrappers for newsletters. Sadly it is not compatible with IPS 4.5 and we really would like to create a specific wrapper for our bulk mail, to be used for different subscriber groups. Is there a way to accomplish this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Tahnks Hans
