Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Cerbere Styxx Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Hi, In the system settings --> Data layer --> I checked the option Members can opt out of exposing their own PII But I did some testing and I don't see the option that allows members to activate or deactivate it. Is there something I missed? Sincerely, Pascal.
Jim M Posted February 18 Posted February 18 Is the data layer feature enabled? If so, they will see this in their account settings.
Cerbere Styxx Posted February 18 Author Posted February 18 yes I have activated the data layer. I created a Test account to check and I don't see it in the Member Settings. On the other hand, there is the action in the admin on the member's page in account actions.

If so, I would need the example member to check on your site
Cerbere Styxx Posted February 19 Author Posted February 19 The test member is Colombe, I didn't see anything in the security section. Thanks in advance.
Marc Posted February 19 Posted February 19 We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
Cerbere Styxx Posted February 19 Author Posted February 19 I just updated the information. Thanks again.
Marc Posted February 19 Posted February 19 Could I clarify here, have you got the member to check this? I ask as without their password you cannot get into that section of their account. Please ask them to screenshot what they see
Cerbere Styxx Posted February 19 Author Posted February 19 Here is a screenshot: I can give you the password by PM if you want because it's only a test account.
