Can we allow users to change their vote?  

Can an Admin edit votes?

I created a poll asking when people would be able to meet.  I posted ten available time slots, and one person only selected one.  For the meeting, that does not work - there are too many other members that need to agree.  I want that one user to be more flexible and select more openings.
