I just recently moved my site from one server to another and everything was working until we accidently chmod 777 / recursively and now we are getting this error does anyone have any ideas? Our IPS installation is 777 so the permissions are set.

This was fixed from mysql having issues found via apache2 error logs and correcting the errors.
