known issue Events index - repeat event starting on 1st day of month X displays on the tab for month X-1

Steps to reproduce...

• Create a new event with a start date of 1st February 2024, and start time 9pm and end time 10pm
• Save the event

Result:

• Edit the event and set it to repeat daily
• Save the event
