Quote There was an error communicating with the IPS License Server: Connection timed out. Please try again later or contact IPS technical support for assistance. I'm in the process of upgrading from IPB 3.4.8 to 4.1.8.1 (using the latter as a bridge to the current version). I upgraded successfully several hours ago, but had to roll back for an unrelated mistake I made. My other expired board / license is having the same issue. Is the server down, or was my account flagged for repeated license changes? Jim M Posted January 13 Share Posted January 13 Can’t use PHP 5.6 with latest release of version 4. PHP 8.0 or 8.1 required. Would also recommend a direct upgrade to latest as there could be bugs in the upgrader in 4.1 No license issues currently so might be a temporary connection issue or something on your hosting side possibly.
