Download all user data

I am closing one of my sites.  Is it possible to download all of a user's data?  All their posts, pics...

There is not any sort of mass export of all info in some specific format (xml, csv, etc).  

My suggestion would be to export the MySQL database which would contain everything.

Thanks, that would give me the data, but not in a useful way, or with the pics.

There isn't a way in which to do that, unfortunately.
