How can I find out why some users on my forum are falling into the Spam option, and can't register for example? I checked that it is registered in ACP / Contente Moderation / Spam Prevention / Spam Defense Logs. I have several emails from people, who by name seem to be valid on this list. Jair.Formula Posted June 30, 2023 Author Share Posted June 30, 2023 I went to confirm with the user and he told me that the site was getting lost when informing the email, which he only got after he changed it to a personal Gmail email, but it was not clear why. Could you confirm if what is in that log that I mentioned are ALL the logs, as a control? because, I thought they were the ones that the SPAM system blocked.
