I checked that it is registered in ACP / Contente Moderation / Spam Prevention / Spam Defense Logs. I have several emails from people, who by name seem to be valid on this list. And I saw two now that reported to me that they were not receiving the email to validate the account, for example.

I would need an example member to take a look at. If you can provide this, I can certainly take a look to see why they are being caught up by spam filters

 

I went to confirm with the user and he told me that the site was getting lost when informing the email, which he only got after he changed it to a personal Gmail email, but it was not clear why. Could you confirm if what is in that log that I mentioned are ALL the logs, as a control? because, I thought they were the ones that the SPAM system blocked.

Spam Defense Logs are all logs for the Spam Defense system. That is correct. As mentioned by my colleague, please provide an example user and we're more than happy to take a look.
