Editing a post, shows the whole topic in editor box

Upgraded to the latest version last week.

When I go to edit a post, the editor box shows the whole topic within the editor.

I've edited this photo to hide names/posts.

Would recommend checking your custom server rewrites/redirects and temporarily removing them as something is off here which is causing this. I am not having any issues myself editing content.
