Will the cookie popup issue be resolved today?

Please clarify what topic you are referring to there, as this topic is related to logins, which was resolved by patch yesterday.

    This issue has been resolved in the latest 4.7.11.1 release. Please upgrade your site to resolve this, and let us know if you have any further issues

    This update fixed the problem on my forum where the TOS footer was being shown to guests even after they had accepted the TOS.
