Commerce active purchases question

Is there a reason why the top two type of purchases are listed under Active when there is nothing active about a piece of clothing?

They don't have any renewal date and cannot expire, so they're deemed 'active'

hmm... there's something not right about that. 

Subscriptions can be active or expired, but other purchases don't fit correctly under that Active tab, maybe another tab (ie Other) is required for those with no subscription.

I guess this is one for the suggestions box.

It would indeed be a suggestion rather than a bug, yes.
