500 error when trying to upgrade

I've uploaded the files but I'm getting a 500 error when I try to upgrade

 

I should add I believe I met all the requirements.

Please check your server error log to see what is causing this. I would suspect that its probably the antispam application you have there, as its showing it being upgraded with the main applications

Thanks. Incidentally how do I remove the antispam application if it is that?

Would seem the chatbox is the main issue

You can try recovery mode (link below) to see if that helps you disable it and uninstall but if you are at the upgrade step, you may need to restore files and uninstall that application or upgrade it to a compatible version.
